Clients are evaluated using the patented Turner Method, and are then prescribed s specific and unique care plan that will help rehabilitate them into peak health and performance.

FUNcTIONAL NUTRITION
Meet with our certified nutritional expert to receive individualized support catered to your own lifestyle and health needs and create a plan for future nutritional improvement.
PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Upon completion of the Turner Method prescription, performance training is made available. The training will specifically address the client's goals and needs.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT EXAMS
Prospective employees are evaluated while completing tasks associated with their job site. Upon completion of the exam, a comprehensive report will be made available to the employer, indicating the employee's injury risk.
LIFE AND ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING
Hand-in-hand with our life coach, evaluate where you're at in life and where you would like to be. Together, develop an action plan to help you achieve your goals and mold your future.
